This exciting role will see you manage and maintain the consumer prospect universe and lead management process. This role will work inside the Customer Value Management (CVM) Marketing Automation team and act as the bridge between external data providers, internal data stakeholders within the business unit, maintaining the Single Customer View matching process and providing quality, enriched leads to all channels to support acquisition and cross-sell targets.
The successful candidate must have a good understanding of data quality and analysis, being responsible for the ongoing enrichment of the prospect universe and all reporting related to the conversion of leads into customers.
