Service Now Lead - Auckland or Wellington

The Opportunity:
 

In this role you will be responsible for giving guidance and expertise on client facing solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform. You will be business-issue focused as you work closely with clients to transform their ways of working. You will have a solid foundation of technical skills and solution architecture that you are able to leverage while working within a team of skilled developers and implementation specialists.

In your role:

  • Ability to define at an architectural and design level of detail, technical solutions aligned with client’s business problems
  • Define scope and technical advisory services to assist in clients implementing a ServiceNow program of work
  • Understand customer requirements and translate to this into workable solutions for the client
  • Understand customer objectives and provide continuity for architecture and roadmap exercises
  • Create and maintain Platform Implementation Roadmaps and provide hands on assistance with the detailed design and implementation approach of selected engagements
  • Demonstrate product and technical leadership on ServiceNow engagements

Skills & Attributes for Success:

  • Demonstrated expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering and solution design
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Experience with the ITSM processes or across the functional areas of CSM, HR, SecOps, ITOM, ITBM
  • Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, SOAP/REST Web Services, LDAP, JDBC/ODBC
  • Ability to build strong and credible relationships with business and technical stakeholders at each level
  • Quick learner and early adopter of new technology with the ability to self-manage and overcome objections in a presales and engagement delivery context
