Customer Service Consultants


Passionate about creating excellent customer experiences? Want to work with one of the best-known Kiwi brands? Have experience working in a busy inbound call centre? We are now recruiting Customer Care Agents to join us on our mission to become the world's #1 premium appliance brand.

Our customers love their appliances, and you'll love helping them with use and care tips, troubleshooting and booking service for their products.

We'll provide a 3-week, full-time on-boarding experience to get you up to speed, as well as ongoing support and training so you feel ready to support our customers.

You'll join a passionate and energetic team in our East Tamaki headquarters.

You'll be rostered full-time on a rotational basis within the following pattern,

Week 1:  Monday to Friday, starting between 10am and 2pm

Week 2:  Starting between 10am and 2pm, working one weekend day (either Saturday or Sunday), with a day off during the week.

You'll come with:

  • previous experience in a contact centre role
  • ability to navigate systems at a fast pace to quickly support our customers
  • outstanding communication skills
  • a passion for and curiosity about great products
  • previous experience using Salesforce is a bonus!

Most of all, you'll have an unwavering drive to deliver great experiences for our customers.
