Site Administrator - Maungaturoto

The opportunity
As an integral member of the Maungaturoto team the Site Administrator is responsible for ensuring smooth performance of administrative functions and displaying the site in positive regard to internal and external customers. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be accountable for site inductions, welcoming visitors, organising community events, contractor management and general administrative support. Proactively you will support the leadership team on site and provide organisational support where required.
With plenty of energy, drive and enthusiasm you will ensure everyone has a pleasant experience when coming on to the Maungaturoto site and is feeling welcomed.

Other key responsibilities include:

• Organise community engagement events and site days
• Design and manage our site share point and leadership workgroups
• Manage key vendors on site for catering and security purposes
• Be the first point of contact for all external visitors
• Provide assistance around ensuring all external visits and audits we host run smoothly and administrative needs are met
• Manage the incoming calls for site and internal/external mail distribution
• Provide administration support to the leadership team
• Maintain bookings for meeting rooms and pool cars
Over time you will enjoy finding ways to continuously improve our systems and services and identify opportunities for improvement.

Additionally you are comfortable using Microsoft Office suite and are an experienced user of Power Point, Excel and Share Point.

• Outstanding ability to quickly build rapport and trust across all levels of an organisation
• Proactive attitude with the willingness to use your initiative and go the extra mile
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
• Solid intermediate to advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office 365 suite (including Power Point and Excel)
