It’s an exciting time and we’re now looking for a Senior Project Administrator to join our team!

An integral part of Holmes Consulting, the Senior Project Administrator is responsible for the end to end administration and coordination of the project lifecycle. This role is responsible for financial administration and reporting (invoicing, debtors, FIP, WIP), financial analysis and insights along with project planning and contract support. It is a busy and varied role, where you’ll build trust and credibility with the senior project team members to identify ways of lightening their administrative workload and embed process improvement across the lifecycle of the project.

To be considered for this role, you’ll ideally be tertiary qualified, with extensive prior experience in a project administration role. You’ll have strong knowledge and understanding of Project Management Methodologies and be able to build relationships with key stakeholders with ease.  Due to the scale and complexity of the projects we are working on, analysis is a crucial part of this position - so you must have proven skills in Excel to an advanced level.
