SKYCITY Auckland is New Zealand's centre of entertainment with over 20 award winning bars and restaurants, two of Auckland's top ten hotels, NZ's largest convention centre, a world-class casino and the iconic Sky Tower. Providing our customers with the best possible experience is our goal, and the Entertainment Technicians are a team of busy sound and AV experts who deliver entertainment and events across our wide variety of venues.
You'll be responsible for the set-up and operation of industry-standard AV, sound, lighting, equipment, as well as providing high quality support to world class entertainers and SKYCITY managers while they are onsite.
Because we're a diverse business and attract people from all walks of life, we need someone who is customer focused; someone who readily adjusts their approach to suit our guests and bends over backwards to ensure the best possible results. You'll also bring to the role practical, industry related experience in audio visual and live events, the ability to work unsupervised, and the skills required to learn new technologies quickly.
