In this role, you would have the opportunity to:

  • Deliver and embed exceptional customer practices across your team
  • Coach and grow a team of service consultants, empowering them to achieve their career aspirations
  • Create a vibrant “can do” culture
  • Support the delivery of business imperatives and results
  • Lead business function during standard and non-standard hours
  • Be responsible for after- hours site operations

About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will bring the following:

  • Proven history of coaching and developing your people to achieve business results
  • Empathy, authenticity and energy 
  • A grow mindset, learning curiosity and a pro-active approach
  • Well-developed written and spoken communication skills
  • Natural desire to deliver a great service experience every time and be capable of connecting with a diverse range of people;
  • With your naturally empathetic and resilient nature you’ll be able to stay positive even when the pressure may be on
