About the role
The purpose of this role is to support the Vector Digital and business change agenda through sound project management practices – planning, reporting, dependency management, scheduling - and the implementation of the Vector Digital Delivery Model. You'll be responsible for creating and supporting a culture of customer and outcomes focus, excellence in delivery and continuous improvement. As a part of the Agile PMO, the role is responsible for managing agile and flexible Digital initiatives.

What we are looking for

Bring with experience as a (Technical) Business focused project manager, ideally across multiple industries - Telco and Utilities would be favourable. You're a strong communicator and have the ability to take challenges head-on and come through it successfully... You thrive on delivering desired outcomes!   With confidence to lead and a self-learning propensity, you are customer centric and can take calculated risks.  You're innovative and can get the ‘right decisions’ from stakeholders. You have a good working knowlege of project management terminology and are financially literate. PMP, ITIL, COBIT etc would all be a bonus!
