Project Administrator - 12 month Fixed Term

About the role

We are currently looking for a Projects Administrator for 12 months to provide day to day administration and coordination support to our Customer Projects team based in Auckland. The role’s primary internal customer delivers a large number of customer focussed projects which provide infrastructure to support gas and electricity connections to both one off and repeat customers. Based within a centralised business operations team, the role provides general administration, systems, financial and pipeline reporting, and customer support to the wider team.


Who we are looking for

This role would suit someone with following skills -

  • Able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organisational skills who thrives on being the ‘go-to’ person
  • Has a great eye for detail
  • Demonstrates good financial administration experience
  • Experience with multiple operational and reporting systems
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards working as part of a team
  • The ability to handle multiple deadlines and prioritise work to meet these.

    It goes without saying that you’ll have fantastic communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to build relationships across all levels of a business and with a wide variety of customers. You will have experience with multiple operational and reporting systems (SAP, Seibel, Excel and Powerpoint preferred). An understanding of project planning and exposure to a project based environment would be ideal.
