Account Manager - Hamilton

As our next Account Manager extraordinaire you will own the customer relationship for a dedicated portfolio of Corporate customers, acting as their primary contact, taking ownership and accountability for customer issues and following through consistently on commitments made to grow revenue for VFNZ.


What will I be doing?
• Develop strategies and tactics to enhance overall performance of and retain and grow your allocated customer base
• Prospect for new business within your assigned portfolio on a regular basis and maintain a visible pipeline of this activity
• You will work alongside Business Development Managers in your region to ensure all customers are effectively moved into an assigned portfolio in accordance with defined timeframes and processes
You will be able to demonstrate an understanding and commitment to customer lifecycle management in order to promote increased growth and loyalty
• Ensure accuracy and timelines of data within all relevant CRM systems
