We're looking for people people.
You will providing the first point of contact for customers that bank with us face-to-face. You will be quick-thinking, driven, solutions-focussed and confident. You'll join a determined team who present superior service in every way. 

Casual as required.
This is a casual position on an 'as required basis' so you may be called into the branch to cover a staff member who is sick, or for longer periods of time to cover busy periods of work. Because it is important to be available when our customers need us, you will need to be available to cover branches in the region as well as available to work occasional full time to cover periods of leave.

Bring your expertise.
Customer service is your strength, and you're ready to challenge yourself. You will be a self-starter, with exceptional communication skills. You will have a can-do attitude, a smart approach to problem-solving, and a knack for uncovering your customers' unexpressed needs.
