We are currently looking for a Corporate Strategy Manager to work with our senior leaders to develop our enterprise strategy and ensure alignment of activity to execution.
About the role:
As a key contributor to a small but high impact team, you’ll manage key aspects of our strategy development and annual strategic planning process, and monitoring performance against strategic outcomes. You’ll also act as a trusted subject matter expert and partner across all business units to provide thought leadership and problem solve the macro challenges facing the bank.  You’ll be at your best when getting to the root of problems and working with senior leaders to put steps in place to solve them.  
What you’ll need to succeed: 

  • 5+ years’ experience in strategy and creative problem solving
  • Expert level understanding of strategy principles and frameworks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and confidence leading discussions with senior leaders
  • Tertiary qualification or experience within a relevant field/role (MBA and advantage)
  • Experience in preparation of business plans, presentations, and board reports
  • Ability to quickly understand new subject matters
