An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Operational Risk, Conduct and Governance team within WNZL Risk Management. If you would like to explore the world of risk governance oversight we are seeking a detail-orientated, and deadline-driven person to support the risk governance reporting processes that inform our leadership, Board and Executive level stakeholders.


About the role:
This role focus's on the corporate governance processes, core meetings, and reporting that consolidate our view of risk management across the business, and feed this information to the executives and Board. You will work with key risk specialists to prepare accurate and insightful formal risk reports, and to share these through our calendar of risk committee activities. This role also supports risk strategy development, and risk appetite monitoring. Sitting within the central Risk Management function will gives you exposure to the whole breadth of WNZL operations including all business entities and risk classes.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Stakeholder engagement and management skills
  • Excellent written and spoken communications
  • Great Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Excel
  • Calm under pressure
  • Consultative working style
  • Intrepid juggler with great multi-tasking skills
  • Ideally, you’ll also have a relevant tertiary qualification and several years relevant work experience
