A rewarding Product Manager opportunity is now available to lead the development and implementation strategies/tactics for driving acquisition, spend, balance growth and customer retention of Westpac New Zealand’s loyalty Credit Card portfolio.This includes taking responsibility for Westpac’s own hotpoints loyalty programme and our Airpoints earning credit card suite.
Working alongside others in the Lifestyle Banking Products team, as well as with Marketing, Analytics, Credit Risk, Card Operations and other stakeholders, you’ll also have the opportunity to research and identify new solutions and bring them to market after balancing their proposition against other Westpac NZ card and non-card based products in order to maximise both customer satisfaction and shareholder return.
