We have a fantastic opportunity in our Lubricant Operations Team for a Sales Support Coordinator to join us and help create a consistently great experience for our Commercial customers.

In this busy, varied sales support role you’ll be working within the Z Lubricants Operations team to:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction through the relentless pursuit of continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service levels
  • Partner with our Customer Managers to ensure key contract milestones and standards of care are met
  • Closely manage and swiftly resolve customer queries and issues
  • Coordinate & manage key sales related communications and tools

Ambitious and hard-working with plenty of initiative and get-up-and-go you’ll bring to this role previous customer support experience and awesome relationship management skills.

You’ll have the ability to connect with a wide range of people and build trusted relationships quickly at multiple levels. Super organised with a strong commitment to quality and attention to detail you’ll also enjoy juggling and prioritising mulitple tasks, keeping everyone in the loop with what’s going on and putting the customer at the centre of everything you do.
