What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

Responsible for delivering vehicle repairs and services which support the customer service and business objectives of the Association and promote its strategic goal of being the number one automotive repairer.

  • Carry out auto service and repair in accordance with the Association processes and quality standards. These may include vehicle servicing, vehicle repairs, pre-purchase inspections, Warrant of Fitness (WOF), Certificate of Fitness (COF), Auto-Glass chip repairs.
  • provide complete verbal and written reports containing all relevant, factual and accurate information.
  • Provide excellent customer service in all interactions with customers and business clients.
  • Refer and promote appropriate products and services provided by the Association and its business partners that meet the needs of the customer.
  • Continually expand knowledge of the role, relevant products and services, by reading all communications and information distributed, and attending meetings and training sessions.

About You | Mōu

  • Minimum Level 4 Automotive Trade Qualification or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the automotive industry (gained in the last 5 years)
  • Clean Full New Zealand Drivers Licence
  • Ability to service, repair and inspect all types of passenger and light vehicles
  • Understanding of customer service principles and practices
