Customer Service Consultant - Part Time


Our goal in AA Motoring is that Members and customers will come to the AA as their first choice for all their vehicle service needs and advice.

We currently have a part time opportunity at our Testing Station in Bell Block where you will be working a 42 hour fortnight.

The working hours are as follows:

Thursday: 8am - 5pm

Friday: 8am - 5pm

Saturday: 8am - 12pm

What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

  • Process all vehicle and driver-related transactions within set requirements
  • Welcome all customers in the site, assess their needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain cooperative relationships with peers, team leaders and managers
  • Continually expand knowledge of the products, services and objectives by reading all relevant communication, product reviews, NZAA Publications and attending team meetings and training sessions

About You | Mōu

  • Good organisational skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Intermediate computer knowledge and keyboard skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales environment
