Customer Service Representative - NSCC


What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

As a part of our 2022 CRM Contact Centre award-winning team that's based on the North Shore, you will directly assist in mobilising our members; creating solutions, sharing expertise and thinking quickly to keep New Zealand moving.

  • Assist members and non-members with their enquiries relating to AA Roadside assistance, battery service and AA membership
  • Identify the caller's needs and proactively find a solution for them
  • Refer and promote products and services that meet the customer's needs

About You | Mōu

  • A people person with proven customer service experience who is passionate about helping customers
  • Has the ability to remain calm and de-escalate situations when required
  • Excellent communication, listening, and reasoning skills
  • Strong organisational and computer skills
  • Able to commit to 3 weeks of full time training starting on the 27th of May
